Hey there! I’m Holly. I’m a personal trainer (Crossfit Level 1, USAW, USAPL), nutrition coach (Precision Nutrition), lifestyle coach, powerlifter, and mom to an amazing little girl.
My mission is to help you regain control of your nutrition and fitness and set you on a path to being your best, most confident self. I wholeheartedly believe that lasting body change is only successful when we take the time to tackle not only the diet and exercise but also (and most importantly) the mindset.
There’s a reason we fail at weight loss over and over again. We never take the time to deal with underlying beliefs and behaviors. We engage in self-sabotaging behaviors and allow negative self-talk to run the show. We often lack necessary boundaries with those closest to us and often feel like a doormat.
By addressing the mindset along side of nutrition and exercise, you are setting yourself up for ultimate long-term success.
I’ve been there. I’ve done every diet under the sun only to put the weight back on. My breaking point was when I was told I wasn’t dieting hard enough and that’s why I wasn’t getting the results I was chasing. I felt defeated and like the biggest failure. Like I was destined to be overweight and unhappy.
It was at that point that I threw it all away. All the diets and the rules. The don’t eat this, don’t eat that. I took time to learn my body and what it wanted. I took time to set healthy boundaries and stand up for myself. My body and my mind began to change. I was healthier and happier than I had ever been.
